Note! This is a 2G/4G GPS tracker. The GPS will switch from 4G to 2G when it can't connect to the 4G network. If your provider doesn't support this, you may experience problems. In the Netherlands, KPN and VODAFONE, along with all their sister companies, such as LEBARA, offer the 2G network.
Using the LEBARA SIM card is highly recommended. For Belgian customers, we recommend a BASE SIM card. We rely on the LEBARA (KPN) and BASE networks, and this is also a better choice cost-wise. If you wish to use a different provider, this is your right; however, potential problems may arise that we may not be able to resolve. We always include a LEBARA SIM card when you order a tracker.
