Our webshop is open 24/7!
We are easily accessible by email and whatsapp. We usually respond to your message within a few minutes/hours. Our maximum response time is 24 hours, which means you will receive a response within 24 hours. Would you like to reach us by phone? Please leave a message by mail/business whatsapp, we will strive to call you as soon as possible.

NB! at weekends and during public holidays we may be less accessible.

  1. Our conditions apply to all our products, services, actions, purchases, returns and our webshop.
  2. We try to make our terms and conditions as clear as possible so that you have an impression before making a purchase. You can find the terms and conditions at the bottom of each web page in the pedestal.
  3. If there are any added terms and conditions, we will do our best to make this clear and keep you informed before purchasing.

Our offer

4.1 Product information
We keep no secrets about our products. This is why we will at all times state the following information about our products:

  1. The price (including taxes)
  2. Postage costs
  3. Shipping Methods
  4. Payment options
  5. Whether we have the product in stock.
  6. Materials for production of the product.
  7. Realistic product photos

4.2 Validity Period
If there is a period of, for example, a promotion or promotion, we will clearly report this from when to when these promotions apply.

4.3 Writing Errors
Writing errors do not bind us to written agreements.

Article 5.

  1. An agreement is accepted as soon as a customer places a product with us.
  2. After placing your order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
  3. As a customer you are responsible for the information provided about your address, name, e-mail address and telephone number. Additional costs for providing incorrect information can be recovered from the customer.

Article 6.

  1. After receiving your product, you have 14 days to consider your product, test it and let us know that you want to return the product.
  2. We will proceed with the refund within 14 days after we have received the product in its original condition and packaging. Damage, traces of use, destruction of the product or packaging will result in no acceptance of your return.
  3. We will only reimburse the return costs if we have sent the wrong item, we have made a mistake and if we have delivered the wrong or damaged product to you. In all other cases, the costs for returns are for the customer.

Article 8.
Delivery and Applications

  1. We will do everything we can to send a complete, well-packaged, neatly packed product to you in the agreed time period.
  2. The delivery times depend on the country in which you order. Usually deliveries are made within the Netherlands within 1-2 working days and in Belgium within 2-3 working days. Beyond that, delivery times may vary.
  3. We use the services of PostNL, DHL, FEDEX and UPS to deliver our products.
  4. If an item cannot be delivered (on time), for whatever reason, we will inform you within one month, a possible refund will be put into effect immediately.
  5. The risks of a package that gets lost during transport and delivery is our responsibility.
  6. If we fail to deliver your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason. Your purchase amount and any delivery costs will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation.

Article 9.

  1. We offer the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, Paypal.
  2. If something goes wrong during the payment process, please contact us as soon as possible.

Article 10.
You can submit a complaint by e-mail or Business WhatsApp. We prefer a written handling of a complaint to prevent miscommunication. If you submit a complaint, you can expect a response within 24 hours. If we do not agree on a solution, you can appeal at any time.

Article 11.

These conditions are established in Dutch law and we adhere to these conditions.

We hope that our terms and conditions provide you with enough clear information. If changes take place in the future within our terms and conditions, we will let you know in a timely manner on our website in a clear manner. Of course, these changes will not negatively affect our customers.
