Our webshop is open 24/7!
We're easily accessible by email and WhatsApp. We usually respond to your message within a few minutes or hours. Our maximum response time is 24 hours, meaning you'll receive a response within 24 hours. Need to reach us by phone? Please leave a message by email or WhatsApp, and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note: We may be less reachable on weekends and holidays.

Relevance
- Our terms and conditions apply to all our products, services, transactions, purchases, returns and our webshop.
- We try to make our terms and conditions as clear as possible so you have a good understanding before you make a purchase. You can find the terms and conditions at the bottom of each webpage in the footer.
- If there are any additional terms and conditions, we will do our best to make these clear and keep you informed before you make a purchase.
Article 4.
Our offer
4.1 Product information
We keep no secrets about our products. That's why we always disclose the following information about our products:
- The price (including taxes)
- Postage costs
- Shipping Methods
- Payment options
- Whether we have the product in stock.
- Materials for production of the product.
- Realistic product photos
4.2 Validity period
If there is a period of, for example, a promotion or offer, we will clearly state from when to when these promotions are valid.
4.3 Typographical errors
Typographical errors do not bind us to written agreements.
Article 5.
Agreement
- An agreement is accepted once a customer places a product with us.
- After placing your order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
- As a customer, you are responsible for the information you provide regarding your address, name, email address, and phone number. Additional costs for providing incorrect information may be charged to the customer.
Article 6.
Returns
- After receiving your product, you have 14 days to view and test your product and let us know that you want to return it.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the product in its original condition and packaging. Damage, signs of wear, or destruction of the product or packaging will result in your return being rejected.
- We will only reimburse return costs if we shipped the wrong item, made a mistake, or delivered an incorrect or damaged product to you. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return costs.

- All our prices include VAT.
Article 8.
Delivery and applications
- We will do everything we can to send you a complete, well-packaged, neatly packaged product within the agreed time period.
- Delivery times depend on the country you order from. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1-2 business days and within 2-3 business days to Belgium. Delivery times outside of these countries may vary.
- We use the services of PostNL, DHL, FEDEX and UPS to deliver our products.
- If an item cannot be delivered (on time) for any reason, we will notify you within one month and any refund will be processed immediately.
- The risks of a package getting lost during transport and delivery are our responsibility.
- If we fail to deliver your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. Your purchase price and any delivery charges will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.

Article 9.
Payments
- We offer the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, Paypal.
- If anything goes wrong during the payment process, please contact us as soon as possible.
Article 10.
Complaints
You can submit a complaint by email or Business WhatsApp. We prefer written handling of complaints to prevent miscommunication. If you submit a complaint, you can expect a response within 24 hours. If we cannot reach a solution, you can always appeal.

Disputes
These terms and conditions are established in Dutch law and we adhere to these terms and conditions.

Additional or other terms
We hope our terms and conditions provide you with sufficient clarity. If any changes are made to our terms and conditions in the future, we will clearly announce them on our website. Naturally, these changes will not negatively impact our customers.
