Returns

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

After request, please ensure you print out and complete the return form ( Download your Returns Form here . This way, we know that the item came from you and why you don't want it. This allows us to process your return more quickly.

Register returns yourself (via orders page)
If you want to register your return yourself via your order, the steps are as follows:
1. Own registration return
2. Print and complete the return form
3. Return form + packing ordered products (note the conditions)
4. Send your shipment to us (see our return address at the bottom of this page)
5. Wait for our confirmation of your return processing (by email) .

It's crucial to send your return within 14 days of registering your return. Our system will automatically reject your return if we don't receive it within 14 days. For example, if you did send your return on the 14th day, you can provide us with a track and trace code, so we can still process your return.

You can return an item in the following cases:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it , with any stickers, tags, or wrappings and in its original packaging. The right of return gives customers the opportunity to try out items, just as they would in a physical store. Testing the item is permitted, but any damage during testing is considered use.

The customer is responsible for correctly shipping their return. If we receive damaged products, the costs for the damage will be charged to the customer, or your return may not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it immediately.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What happens if you do not accept my return?
We'll always contact you to explain why we can't accept your return. We'll then return your product to you at our expense (first shipment after your return is rejected).

However, if we send the item to you and you cannot accept the item (due to circumstances) or do not accept it (consciously), the item will be returned to us and we will offer your item for destruction.

We are not responsible for a second shipment to you. If you would like to prevent the destruction and still receive the item, the costs for a second shipment will be yours.

PLEASE NOTE! We cannot store your item. Don't want your item? Would you like to receive it later? Please contact us by email to arrange a return. If we don't hear from you within three business days, we will destroy the item and you will be charged for the costs.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It can therefore take up to 14 days for you to receive a refund. However, from experience, it usually takes between 1 and 7 business days, depending on the processing day.

Postage costs
We only cover shipping costs if we made a mistake. This means we'll cover the return costs if, for example, we delivered the wrong product . In all other cases, the return costs are the customer's responsibility. We may, however, ask you to pay for this upfront and refund it to you later.

How can I return my item or product?
Please complete the returns form and follow the steps on the form. Also, contact us at info@good-2-know.nl if you want to be sure about your return notification. You will receive a response to your return request within 24 hours with further instructions, or you can follow the return instructions on our website. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
