We operate a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You can return an item in the following cases:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the stickers, tags, or wrapping, and in the original packaging. The right to return gives the customer the opportunity to try out the items as you can in a physical store. Testing the item is allowed, but damage during testing is considered use.
The customer is responsible for sending his return correctly. If we receive the products damaged, the costs for damage will be charged to the customer or it may lead to not accepting your return.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we have received and checked your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It can therefore take up to 14 days before you receive a payment back on the account. However, from experience it often takes between 3 to 7 working days.
We only pay the shipping costs if an error has been made on our part. This means that we will pay the return costs if, for example, we have delivered a wrong product or a damaged product. In all other cases, the return costs are for the customer.

Please fill in the return form and follow the steps on the form. Please also contact us at email@example.com. You will receive a response to your return request within 24 hours with further instructions. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
