Job description:
As Social Media Manager at Good-2-know.nl, you'll be responsible for managing all our social media platforms, developing and executing strategies to increase audience engagement and boost brand awareness. You'll be the voice of our company on social media and play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and followers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective social media strategy to support company objectives.
• Creating engaging, creative, and relevant content for all our social media channels, including text, images, videos, and more.
• Managing and updating our social media profiles and pages, including scheduling posts and interacting with our online community.
• Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and opportunities to participate in discussions.
• Analyze social media performance and generate reports to share insights and continuously improve strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and support social media promotions.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in social media and apply this knowledge to optimize our strategy.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
• A media-focused education is a PRE
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for an organization.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills, with a creative attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms and their functions.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret social media data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for building brands and creating a positive online presence.
